"Do I need to be home when the cleaners come?"
This is optional! If someone is home, we do our best to clean with minimal disturbance. If nobody will be home, you may leave us your keys, entry code or other directions to your home safely.
"Which areas of my home will be cleaned?"
Our team is trained to cover every part of your home: Bedrooms, bathrooms, living/common areas, kitchens, basements & more. Certain parts of your home, such as oven cleaning, interior refrigerator, cabinets etc. are typically only covered in deep cleaning services. If you choose to include these areas, let us know upon scheduling your service!
"How do I book my cleaning with you?"
Simply click the orange button on this page "Get a Free Quote," fill out some basic contact details and someone from our team will text/call you ASAP! They'll ask you a few questions, provide you a quote and book you into our online system!
"Do you have a referral program?"
Yes! We love our clients and assume we’ll love their friends and family just as much. When you refer someone who signs up for our services, (and they give us your name on their discovery call) you'll both receive a $50 voucher to use for a regular maintenance cleaning visit.
"Are you licensed & Insured?"
Yes we are. Our cleaners are also heavily screened & vetted to maintain our company's vision, as well as for your peace of mind.
"How much do you charge?"
For initial cleans or one time deep cleans, we charge by the hour. For recurring we keep it simple and charge by flat rates that are determined on a few factors and is customized to your cleaning needs and lifestyle.
"What happens if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?"
We understand we are human, and mistakes will be made, but we have a satisfaction guaranteed commitment. Let us know within 24 hours of your visit and we will come back to fix the mistakes as soon as possible in a time that works for both of our schedules.
We know we're all human and mistakes can happen - but our goal is to take the stress and worry off of your plate - not add to it. So if this ever happens - let us know right away so we can make it right!
